New year's first working conference was held for the 14th IFFAIR.

New Years' greetings from Mr. Zhou to Hixpo employees

21 Feb. 2010, Hixpo, Ningbo, China - At the very beginning of the Chinese New Year of Tiger, Mr. Zhou Xueming, Deputy Director of Ningbo Economy Committee, together with Mr. Wang Weijian, Chief of the Export Economy & Marketing Cooperation Section and Ms. Gu Xia, Deouty Chief of the Export Economy & Marketing Cooperation Section, etc. paid a visit to Hixpo with new year's warm greetings and had a meeting with Hixpo thereafter, mainly on how to execute the coming 14th IFFAIR.

During the meeting, Mr. Zhou pointed out that the Year 2010 is the first year after IFFAIR became an UFI-Approved Event, thus, everyone is supposed to make the coming IFFAIR much better in quality and much higher in fame. He also said that we should make full use of the coming World Expo to be held soon in Shanghai since we Ningbo is only 2 hours' drive from Shanghai. He requested that we have to make preparations in advance.

Mr. Zhou also instructed on how to carry out working on exhibitor-inviting, attendee-inviting, publicity and planning, etc. Both national and international exhibitors are to be invited.

Attendees are the most important factor this year. He requested that we have to go all out to invite as many national and international professional attendees as possible.
